challenge: update ch16
- Don't use AESDecryptCBC directly for the bitflap attack.
- Use just function 1 (cbcBitFlipEncrypt) and
2 (cbcBitFlipDecryptHasAdmin) to modify the cipher to produce the
needed ';admin=true;' in the de-ciphered text.
