bunch of functions renamed/re-written.
- get_packages renamed to get_packages_list
- bzr_branch_command renamed to mirror_bzr_branch
- deploy_packages_locally renamed to get_packages
the function fetch_bzr_branch was done away with & the
mirror_bzr_branch also does the job fetch_bzr_branch did.
