(TWBlockLexer.parse_block_code): New method.

(TestTWBlockLexer._parse)
(TestTWBlockLexer._validate): New private methods.
(TestTWBlockLexer.test_parse_block_code): New test.
* tests/data/blexer-block-code.md: New file.
